Q: How do you work with companies in other states?
We use a number of tools in order to keep your website project on track and to communicate with you. These tools include:
- Zoom video conferencing + screen sharing
- Basecamp for project management
- Phone calls
We also use Slack, a robust messaging tool that allows everyone on the team to be in constant communication, and Calendly, which allows you to schedule a call with us at any time. You’re always welcome to call any time you have a question.
Q: What is your response time? How quickly will you get back to us?
We respond to you within 1 – 2 hours during normal business hours, if possible (meaning, we’re not at an offsite meeting).
We generally work on East Coast time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) but are happy to schedule early morning or early evening calls depending on your schedule or location.
If you need a small task performed, we’ll complete it within 24 hours. If it’s something larger, we’ll let you know when we’ll have it completed for you – and then we’ll have it done when promised.
Q: You look pretty busy. Can you handle our website project?
Due to the ebb and flow of work with our ongoing clients, we’re able to take on new projects and work them into our schedule without difficulty.
Before beginning work on your new website, we’ll first create project milestones. We then work very hard to stick to these milestones.
We’re incredibly efficient, super responsive, and continually work to improve our processes.
Q: Do you offer SEO?
Yes, optimizing the content for your website is part of the package we provide to you. Your website is designed according to Google’s stated guidelines, as well as ensuring it’s mobile-friendly and looks great on any device.
Dianna Huff is a recognized SEO expert and personally oversees how the website is optimized even before any coding or design is begun. We optimize your content, create the Title / description tags and the 301 redirects, and ensure the Google Analytics tracking code is properly applied (plus anything else that needs to done).
Generally, clients start receiving their first inquiries approximately 2 – 3 weeks after go-live (once Google indexes the website).
Q: Do you provide references? Will you sign an NDA?
Yes! We can provide three references either before we provide a quote to you or with the quote itself. And yes, we sign NDAs all the time. Just ask.
